CID stands for: Love Indonesia 🇮🇩 That's the abbreviation used in *Senam CID / Senam Cinta Indonesia*. Why is it called "Cinta Indonesia"? 1. Cinta = The movements are made to be enthusiastic, cheerful, and make everyone happy. 2. Indonesia = The music uses Indonesian songs to create a sense of nationalism. So Senam CID = Exercises aimed at improving physical health and expressing love for Indonesia through movement and music. Besides gymnastics, "CID" is sometimes used in other contexts, but in the context of gymnastics/aerobics, it 99% of the time means *Love Indonesia*.
