Cable entry via knockout entry: The COMBI junction boxes from WISKA

The COMBI junction boxes from WISKA stand for particularly simple cable entry – with various options to choose. Our tutorial shows how the COMBI knockout entries work. The knockout entries of the COMBI junction boxes offer easy cable entry of different cross sections. Different diameters are available for this purpose. After simple knock out over their outer edges, cable glands with locknuts can be mounted, reaching IP67. For even faster cable entry, the QUIXX® membrane grommets supplied as standard in the COMBI 1010 and 1610 can be used alternatively, through which the cable is simply pierced through. This option achieves IP66. COMBI from WISKA stands for specially robust junction boxes. The series is equally suitable for indoor and outdoor applications - it consists of UV and ozone resistant material, is weatherproof, impact resistant, shatterproof, flame retardant and halogen-free. The WISKA series, consisting of 10 different box sizes, offers a wide range of cable entries, depending on the respective model.
