Petrissage Massage to the leg - Foundation Massage techniques
Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates Petrissage massage techniques to the front of the leg. Petrissage massage is an excellent introductory massage technique for both sports massage and therapeutic massage and is a useful way to warm the muscle tissue for heavier pressures that may follow whilst uniquely providing a transverse stretch to the muscle tissue. These are examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited, Level 3 #Sports #Massage Diploma, which is available as a face to face, and bended learning course, at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK). Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports Therapy based qualifications and short courses. *All courses are available as face to face delivery at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire and a selection of CPD courses are available as Live Online delivery, such as #Dry #Cupping and #Kinesilogy #Taping, and some courses are available fully online, such as #Clinical #Yoga and The Science of Stretching.
