Remove any remaining feathers. Brush the duck breast on both sides with a little oil, and then season with salt and pepper. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for about 7 minutes. Place the duck breast, skin-side up, on the rack in the fryer basket. Reduce the temperature to 170°C (340°F) and cook the duck breast for 20 minutes. After this time, increase the temperature to 200°C (390°F) and grill the duck breast for another 10 minutes until crispy. Remove the duck breast and let it rest on a plate or board for about 5 minutes.
