Officers from the Municipal Public Security Secretariat arrested a 25-year-old woman, identified as Sara Michelle, after she was accused of physically assaulting her partner, 26-year-old Martín Octavio. The incident occurred at a residence on Tepeuanes Street in the Villas del Tecnológico neighborhood, after the man allegedly refused to have sex with her. According to the victim's statement, the woman then struck him with a belt in the presence of his daughter, prompting him to call the authorities. The woman was taken into custody on charges of domestic violence. Law enforcement agencies are reporting a high rate of such complaints, with some units handling up to 15 cases per shift across various parts of the city.
