This video aims to explain a 3-wire and a 5-wire VZ wiring application. There are more options that will be seen later. The video does not go into the explanation of the valve part because it is not relevant to the objective. Specifically, the way of opening by motor and closing by recoil spring is not described. Just add that the motor is permanently excited and consuming while the valve is open (if it is NC). Given the final approach of the video, it should be noted that in both cases the user receives voltage from the cables and will get a shock if the current is not removed before handling. It is true that if we want to spin fine, in the case of cutting the neutral the shock is a little less unpleasant because the phase is received in series from the motor and this means that the consumption of said motor limits the intensity that can pass. In short, the correct thing is to cut the phase. This video, like all the others, has the objective of disseminating ideas and never as a tutorial, since to make a tutorial it is very important to know who is being tutored, their skills and abilities.
