Romain Vuillemin plays Cherokee on a 1936 Gibson Super 400

Hey guys, here is a solo take on the Ray Noble standard from 1928 called Cherokee. I'm playing a 1936 Gibson Super 400 strung with Elixir 12-52 Nickel strings roundwound. I'm using a Dunlop gator 0.71mm pick amd the sound is captured by both a AEA R84A active ribbon microphone and a Neumann TLM 103. I’m selling most of my collection https://www.jazzguitar.be/forum/sale/... I still have room for a couple of student for online classes so hit me up if you're interested. Contact and info : [email protected] I haven't recorded albums in the style of those acoustic standards, but i have 3 albums on bandcamp with my Django tribute Quartet : https://romainvuilleminquartet.bandca... My new 4tet released the new CD « Romain Vuillemin Sings the Great American Songbook » earlier this year, it’s only delivered by me so make sure to drop me a line and get your copy, I ship worldwide.
