AquaNova Spa:   / spaaquanova   Cookie Recipe: Ingredients 100g sugar 300g type 65 flour, plus more to taste for dusting 150g butter 2 egg yolks 20g milk Assembly 150g cooking chocolate, broken into pieces Q.s. strawberry jam for filling or any other sweet you like Preparation Cookies Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the sugar, flour, butter, egg yolks, and milk in a mixing bowl and mix for 15 seconds/speed 5. Remove to a floured surface and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Using a cutter (approx. Ø 4 cm), cut out circles, arrange them on a baking sheet, and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Assembly In a clean bowl, place the chocolate and grate for 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Then melt for 5 minutes/50°C/speed 2. Transfer to a deep, wide-mouthed container. Place 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam on one biscuit, top with another, and dip in the chocolate. Let dry on a sheet of parchment paper and store in a container with an airtight lid.
