You'll learn why two people with the same color type look so different, which aspects beyond the color palette influence your individual color choices, and what that means for your everyday outfit. Because a color palette shows you which colors suit you. But it doesn't tell you how to use them to actually achieve the desired effect. Colors can, for example, shape your proportions and make you appear slimmer, more striking, taller, more interesting. But they can also have the opposite effect. The whole topic of color is a visible physical process – but one that is closely linked to our own perception and conditioning, and that's what makes it challenging. A color palette shows you which colors suit you. But it doesn't tell you how to use them to actually achieve the desired effect. The color wheel is a great tool for remembering the recommended colors after a consultation and finding them in stores. But it has its limitations. You'll see what they are in this video.
