She is the most famous and respected Portuguese producer of shows and events in Brazil. Although she has lived in that country for over 40 years, she never became a Brazilian citizen and since the 1980s she has been responsible for events with local artists, but also with Portuguese singers, past and present, such as Amália, Carlos do Carmo or Xutos e Pontapés. Elsa Costa is in Portugal to share her knowledge and experiences through a series of initiatives, which she discusses a little in this interview with "GCE".
