Trinec in a nutshell. Trinec (Třinec) is a hidden pearl of Cieszyn Silesia. The city has a rich cultural and historical heritage, mainly with Poles, Czechs and Silesians, and also with Germans. The city is the main element of the Polish population in the Czech Republic - among others, the Polish Juliusz Słowacki Grammar School operates here. When it comes to industry, of course the iron and steelworks dominate here. Sport? - hockey, i.e. HC Oceláři Třinec. From here, you can walk or ride a bike to Jaworowy, where there are wonderful views. And the Olza River? Well...
