15 Minute Intermediate Rebounder Cardio | High Energy 3-Round Interval Workout

Rebounding Workout energy is at an all-time high in this 15-minute cardio blast! This Mini Trampoline Workout is an intermediate-level session designed to maximize your heart rate and boost your metabolism using a high-intensity 3-Round structure. Each round features 3 distinct combos following a 30-30-30 format: 30 seconds for Move 1, 30 seconds for Move 2, and a 30-second heart-pumping Combo, with a quick 15-second rest between rounds to keep the momentum going. This low impact exercise routine is performed using only your rebounder, making it a perfect, straightforward at home fitness challenge. We start the first round by warming up with a down bounce adding arms and toe taps alternating R/L, transitioning into squats and half jacks (double bounce). To keep the flow moving, we incorporate more toe taps alternating R/L and chugs (double hops forward and back) double bounce adding arms. In the second block, we turn up the agility with chugs (forward and back) and pony hops side to side, followed by wide ab twists (double bounce). We maintain the intensity with toe taps alternating R/L, more pony hops side to side, and chugs (forward and back) double bounce to improve your lymphatic health and coordination. The final round pushes your endurance to the limit with high knees alternating R/L (double bounces) and the running man (kick your butt add arms). We finish this top shelf bounce session strong with skis (side to side hops) double bounce, skis (singles), and a higher-intensity running man (bigger arms) before a final set of high knees alternating R/L.
