ONE DAY IN ROTORUA, NEW ZEALAND: THE REDWOODS AND TE PUIA

Rotorua is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the North Island of New Zealand. It's one of our favourite places for short trips as well. Every time somebody visits us, we suggest going to Rotorua and explore some of the activities there. This time we decided to revisit The Redwoods (Whakarewarewa Forest) and do famous tree walk there. This short walkway is very special because it is located between giant redwood trees above the ground! Exploring this forest by walking these shaking bridges is a unique experience! Our next stop was at Te Puia Geothermal Valley and Maori Village. It is a one-stop-shop for tourists looking for ultimate Rotorua experience. You can find two main points of interests in this region (Maori Culture and Volcanic Valleys) at one place. Amazing Maori concert and views of the Pohutu geyser make Te Puia a must visit place both for local people and tourist from all over the world.
