Ustad Nasir Ahmad Khan (1930-1986) was the greatest vocalist of Delhi Gharana after his Guru / brother Ut. Chand Khan. His mastery over complicated and swift Taans earned him the title of ‘Taan Samrat’. He was equally at ease singing Khayal, Tarana, Thumri and Dadra. The current Khalifa of the Gharana, Ut Iqbal Ahmad Khan is one of his disciples. Disclaimer - There is no commercial intent or intent to infringe on copyright in sharing these recordings.
