Join me for a 15 minute BARRE(less) HIIT CARDIO at home workout to blast through calories and get that heart rate up. We'll move through ballet inspired movements that will really focus in on your glutes and leg muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout, so for those of you who don't like planks or burpees, you're in luck! We will be jumping, but I'll be providing modifications as usual.
