This new part of the video is dedicated to the assembly of my BMW E28. First and foremost, it will focus in detail on the soundproofing process. Hidden cavities will be treated and an anti-corrosion coating will be applied — this will be done in two stages. You’ll also see the complete assembly of the front and rear suspension, the installation of coilovers to achieve the desired ride height, and a detailed walkthrough of how every suspension element was brought together into one cohesive system. I’ll also show the reassembly of the brake calipers after powder coating. Then, the restoration of the fuel tank. And finally — the installation of brand new BBS RS 090 wheels, which became the highlight of this video. To sum up: this video is truly special. It captures the result of 16 months of hard work — not only on the car, but also on the video production itself. An enormous amount of time, energy, money, and emotion went into this project. There were countless moments of doubt, many mistakes, but just as many valuable lessons learned.
