Recipe for the video - bread pudding 🍞 Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding (uses hard bread) very good! Ingredients • 2–3 cups stale bread (torn or cubed) • 2 cups milk (or plant milk works fine) • 2 eggs (or flax eggs if you’re avoiding eggs) • 1/3–1/2 cup sugar • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 tsp cinnamon • Pinch of salt • Optional: raisins or butter pieces on top ⸻ Method (this is the key part they always did) 1. Soak the bread first • Pour warm milk over the stale bread • Let it sit 10–15 minutes until soft 2. Mash it slightly • Not smooth—leave some texture (this is that old-style feel) 3. Mix in everything else • Eggs, sugar, spices, vanilla 4.
