Legendary Seafood Restaurant Could Be Shut Down
Legendary Moss Landing seafood restaurant Phil's Fish Market could be kicked out of its building, which it leases from the Monterey Bay Research Institute. MBARI is looking to tear down the restaurant and build lab space. A land use meeting will kick off the discussion Tuesday morning.
