Workflow on e Service Book @ HRMS_IFMS WB

HRMS - IFMS WB, Finance Department, Government of West Bengal Workflow on e-Service Book is required to be set up in order to enable the employees to forward their e-Service Books from their e-Se logins to the Custodians. There are certain procedures which are required to be followed in this regard. Please view the above video guideline on Workflow of e-Service Book. 1.The Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) or Workflow Nodal Officer Approver (Nodal Officer login created on the basis of HOO code of CCA) shall initiate the process for the members of a cadre by tagging HOO code with the AA code of CCA followed by declaration of Approving Authority , ie, type of Custodian : Centralised or Decentralised. 2.Barring the Centralised type of Custodian, the Decentralised ones shall either accept or forward the intimation of Service Book Custodianship. 3.The custodian of a cadre thus determined, Workflow Chain shall be set up by the respective Custodians for smooth flow of e-Service Books from e-SE logins to Custodians' logins.
