Just didgeridoo it for better sleep, better sex, and better health: Paul Speight at TEDxCortland
NOTE FROM TED: Please do not look to this talk for medical advice. We've flagged this talk, which was filmed at a TEDx event, because it appears to fall outside TEDx's content guidelines. This talk only represents the speaker's personal views around the health benefits of the didgeridoo. Claims are not corroborated by sufficient scientific evidence. The guidelines we give TEDx organizers are described in more detail here: http://storage.ted.com/tedx/manuals/t... Paul Speight is a storyteller and artist of many mediums. He has performed for folks of all ages and using the Didgeridoo along with some audience participation brings wordless creation myths to life. His latest accomplishment is the installation of 5 Totem Poles on the Eric Kroot Art Trail at Lime Hollow Center for Environment and Culture. Over a hundred people were artistically involved with this project and what Paul enjoyed the most was standing back and observing folks be present in the moment of creation. At TEDxCortland, he aims to provide the context for you to be in the moment of ....now. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
