Nancy Sinatra spent about eight weeks beside Elvis Presley on the MGM set of Speedway in 1967, and in four separate interviews across seventeen years she kept returning to one thing he said between takes. In her 2012 interview with Des Burkinshaw she says Elvis often told her he should have stayed in the church and become a preacher, and that he meant it.
