I think due to the amount of back lash that happened. The developers decided not to implement it. It is possible that the initial player that provided to me the news could have provided to me fake information. But considering that even in the official discord at some point they were teasing T11. It is highly likely that the developers decided not to move forward with it after the amount of backlash received about this.
