You guys know I like to keep things pretty simple while focusing on protein, fiber, and nourishing my body from the inside out. I’ll be taking you through some of my favorite meals lately, along with a few meal prep staples that help make my week a little easier. I hope you enjoy! Strain through a fine mesh sieve, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth if desired. *Adjust water depending on how concentrated you prefer your shots. I like em STRONG! Link to my recipe on tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@miltaniab/vid... ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HIGH-PROTEIN BREAKFAST 🍳 What You Need: • 1 whole egg • 120–140 g egg whites • Handful of spinach • 2 slices turkey bacon • 1 slice rye sourdough toast • 80 g low-fat cottage cheese • 100 g raspberries • Lao Gan Ma chili crisp • Hot honey • Black pepper • Red pepper flakes What You Do: Cook turkey bacon until crispy and set aside. Sauté spinach until wilted. Whisk together the egg and egg whites, then scramble with the spinach. Toast sourdough and spread with cottage cheese. Top with black pepper, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of hot honey. Plate with turkey bacon and raspberries. Finish eggs with a spoonful of chili crisp and enjoy! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CHIA SEED PUDDING 🥭 What You Need: • 3 tbsp chia seeds • 1 tbsp hemp seeds • 6-8 oz vanilla oat milk or whatever milk you like • ¼ cup Greek yogurt • ½ tbsp maple syrup • 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon) • Splash of vanilla extract What You Do: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir once after about 10 minutes to prevent clumping.Top with fresh mango or you favorite fruits ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ GARLIC SHRIMP, BOK CHOY & PURPLE SWEET POTATO 🍤 What You Need: • Shrimp • 2–3 cloves garlic, grated • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp turmeric • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste • Salt and pepper, to taste • Olive oil • 1 bunch bok choy • Soy sauce • ½ purple sweet potato • Salsa verde (optional) What You Do: Season shrimp with garlic, paprika, turmeric, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until cooked through. Finish with a spoonful of salsa verde if you have it. Sauté bok choy with a splash of soy sauce until tender. Serve alongside roasted purple sweet potato. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KALE & WHITE BEAN SALAD 🥗 What You Need: • 1 bunch kale, finely chopped • 1 honey nut squash • 1 can navy beans, drained and rinsed • ½ onion, finely diced • ¼ cup dried cranberries • Splash of rice vinegar • Salt and pepper What You Do: Roast honey nut squash with salt and pepper until tender. About 20-40 mins Soak diced onion in cold water while preparing the remaining ingredients. Massage kale until softened, then combine with squash, navy beans, cranberries, onion, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ GREEN HERB DRESSING 🌿 What You Need: • 5–6 oz Greek yogurt • Juice of ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp) • ½–1 cup parsley • ½–1 cup dill • 1 tsp minced garlic • ½ jalapeño • Splash of rice vinegar • Small drizzle of maple syrup • Salt and pepper, to taste • Water, as needed What You Do: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STEAK SALAD 🥩 What You Need: • Sirloin steak or your favorite cut • Salt and pepper • Butter • Rosemary • Thyme • Avocado • Pickled onions • Green herb dressing What You Do: Season steak with salt and pepper and cook to your liking. Baste with butter, rosemary, and thyme.
