Need bigger front front delts? Today was all about different anterior delt exercises that will give you some more variations you can do on your next shoulder day. Like I said in the video I don't rely on chest exercises to recruit my front delts enough to produce any sort of hypertrophic response, I think you need to target them directly just like any other body part.
