Father & Son's Snow Overland Trip | Mammoth Mountains & Trona Pinnacles

We headed out on a winter overlanding trip near Mammoth, camping in the snow with incredible views of snow-covered mountains in every direction. This trip was extra special because I brought my two sons, along with my friend Chris and his daughter, turning it into a memorable family adventure in the mountains. After spending the night camping in the cold and taking in the quiet beauty of the high country, we packed up and made our way south to the Trona Pinnacles. The change in scenery was unreal perfect weather, wide open desert, and some of the most amazing sunsets you can ask for. We ended the trip under clear skies, enjoying the contrast between snowy mountains and warm desert vibes.
