B-roll always looks calm and cinematic on screen… but behind the scenes, it can get seriously chaotic! Matt and Mo head out to the breathtaking — and dangerous — mountain road above Adams Lake to capture the perfect drone shots with the Big Red truck. With steep cliffs, logging trucks, tight switchbacks, and a critically low drone battery, things quickly turn into a high-risk adventure. When the drone crashes deep down the hillside, Matt takes matters into his own hands and heads down the treacherous slope to recover thousands of dollars worth of gear and footage — all in the name of getting “the shot!” This is the reality of filming in the wild: pushing limits, learning lessons (sometimes the hard way), and still managing to laugh about it after. 👉 Would YOU go down that cliff to save the drone?
