Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese – made with Quorn mince

Thanks for stopping by my kitchen! My recipe for vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese is made with Quorn mince. It is a simple but delicious recipe and versatile too as the sauce freezes very well; just defrost and heat up in a saucepan and add freshly cooked spaghetti. Fantastic for a quick midweek meal. Cottage pie video: ~~ Ingredients ~~ • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil • 1 onion • 1 garlic glove • Roughly 3½oz/87g Quorn mince (other vegetarian mince can be used) • Small tin (227g) tin chopped tomatoes • 1 teaspoon Lingham’s chilli sauce • Approx. 2 to 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup • 175ml/just over ¼ pint veggie stock (I use a teaspoon of vegetarian Bisto gravy granules in just over ¼ pint of boiling water) • Salt and pepper to taste • Spaghetti ~~ Links ~~ Instagram:   / sheilaskitchenx
