(2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #1 with Shearer and Associates, Inc. for the design-build construction of the Water Filtration Plant East Clearwell Roof Replacement in the amount of $17,415.96, not including Washington State Sales Tax. (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Unilateral Change Order No. 26 with ICI for the Grand Avenue Park Bridge in the amount of $19,847.00. (4) Authorize the Mayor to Sign Contract Amendment #1 to Request for Proposal #2020-062 Procurement, Contract, and Grant Management to Streamlink Software Inc. doing business as Amplifund at no cost to the city.
