Ingredients : 300 gms Chicken Breast (cut into strips) ½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste (adrak-lehsun paste) 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (use as per your spice preference) 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (coarse) (kali mirch powder) ½ tsp Salt (or as per taste) 2 tbsp Corn Flour (makke ka atta) 1.5 tbsp All Purpose Flour (maida) 1 no Egg Sufficient Oil for Frying Other Ingredients : 2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions) 15 to 16 nos (1.5 tbsp) Garlic (finely chopped) 2 to 3 nos Dry Red Chillies (sookhee laal mirch) 3 nos Green Chillies (roughly chopped) 1 medium (75 gms) Onion (thickly sliced) 1.5 tbsp Schezwan Sauce (use as per your spice tolerance) 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup 1 tsp Soy Sauce ¼ cup water + 2 tbsp Cornflour (Corn Flour Slurry) 1 tbsp Chilli Vinegar (easily available in the market) ¼ cup Green Capsicum (sliced) ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper (sliced) 2 nos Green Chillies (whole, slit or punctured) 2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (hara pyaaj) - chopped 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (safed til) - lightly toasted Note : tsp is teaspoon tbsp is tablespoon Use Oil as per your diet restrictions Use Chillies as per your spice preference Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use Here's a quick and easy recipe for making instant chili vinegar: Ingredients : 1 cup white vinegar or rice vinegar 4-5 fresh red or green chilies, sliced (you can adjust the number based on your heat preference) 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance the acidity) 1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions Prepare the Chilies: Slice the chilies thinly. You can remove the seeds if you prefer a milder vinegar. Combine Ingredients: In a clean glass jar or bottle, add the sliced chilies, vinegar, sugar (if using), and salt. Mix: Stir or shake the jar/bottle well to mix all the ingredients. Infuse: Let the mixture sit for at least 1-2 hours at room temperature to allow the flavors to infuse.
