Cars High Octane: RustBucket Race-O-Rama without a big part of Textures Again

This time with Mater. This race works awesome, but the scene have A LOT of missing textures, I could find only sky textures (because I didn't know that all other textures are in .res file) and ported some textures from other scenes, so the track still looks a little creepy.
