The CT junction is C7-T1, and it's a great adjustment for people who hold a lot of tension in their upper traps and up into their neck. This junction is often an area that begins to go through degenerative changes first because of postural alterations and normal "wear and tear" with life. As a Chiropractor, this is always an area I check for motion and muscle tension. If there's a lack of motion or segments of the cervical or thoracic spine that are stuck in a position, I attempt to decrease muscle tension and open up the joints allowing for a more optimal vertebral position.
