They want to go to Ecuador with their two boys and 16 pieces of luggage. Now it's time to give up their jobs and say goodbye to their loved ones. The fact that Ecuador is a crisis-ridden country doesn't scare Leo. Only the unpredictability of nature bothers him deeply. "To build something for the family that the next generation can take over" is what farmers Tamara and Adrian Steinmann want. To pursue this dream, they move to the province of Quebec in Canada with their two daughters. They give up their farm in the Neuchâtel Jura. They hold a sale and auction off the machinery and their animals. A painful and tearful farewell. In order to be able to emigrate, Sabina Kilchenmann and Patrick Lo Giudice have to downsize considerably. In addition to clearing out their apartment, artist Patrick has to move his studio with over 100 paintings. The two want to host events in Sicily. They're still missing the right property.
