What I Made When I Gave Myself Time to Pause | Flip Through | Day 16 | #junkjournaljulyuk

Day16 is a Flip/Flick Through of the little one-signature journal from messy, random book scrap pages and beautiful pictures from a Tea Time magazine. Nothing fancy, just a little pause to rest as I cut up images and glued them down. That's what junk journaling does - it serves our mind, heart and body by bearing the load of heavy thoughts. Yes, those worries and thoughts are held back for a bit - a bit or rest and rejuvenation. Have you accepted my dare to gather with friends and do this kind of thing together? Here's the dare I shared in the description of yesterday's video - I wish this for you: 1) gather some friends 2) make each one a simple signature 3) have them bring their favorite topic of magazine 4) supply a glue stick and scissors 5) add tea (hot or cold) or something else to smell and taste 6) make this a time to pause, chat, and creatively rest - together.
