Sr. Ilia Delio, OSF, Ph.D. presents the annual Bergoglio Lecture. The Curtis Center’s 2019-2020 Contemporary Catholic Conversations Series, the Department of Catholic Studies and the Jorge Bergoglio Lecture Series present Sr. Ilia Delio, OSF, Ph.D., who spoke on “Evolution, Posthumanism and the New Catholicity” on Wednesday, February 5, at 7 p.m. in the Martire Forum at Sacred Heart University, 5401 Park Avenue, Fairfield. Sr. Delio holds doctorates in pharmacology and theology and is the recipient of a Templeton Course in Science and Religion award. There was a special Academic Convocation in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit at 2 p.m.
