Minerva & Nikita scored 133.61 (66.86 / 66.75) after 2 slight errors to finish in 2nd place for the silver medals. Minerva told Golden Skate: “We’re a little bit disappointed with the scores. But that’s okay — it’s just one competition, and hopefully the next one will be better. We gained some valuable experience here. We need to work more on the second half of the program, especially maintaining energy for the flip and the choreo sequence to really push the program to its best level. Overall, I’m quite happy with the first half of the program — we managed to keep it together. I wasn’t feeling like the best version of myself this time. I got sick a week before the event, so it was a bit of a fight for me in the second half of the program. I was getting tired more quickly than at Nebelhorn.” Nikita: "“I’m glad the event is over. We need to get some rest now - this wasn’t the easiest competition for us. We’ll have to work hard over the next two weeks to be better prepared for the Skate Canada."
