Thousands of families in Pakistan continue to struggle with poverty, unemployment, illness, and the lack of clean drinking water. In this vlog, we travel across Hyderabad and rural Sindh to support people who need a helping hand. Our journey begins by helping a courageous mother whose husband has been bedridden for the past six years. To reduce her daily struggles, we set up a small confectionery business in her home so she can earn a dignified livelihood without leaving her children behind. We also helped several unemployed individuals start their own fruit cart businesses, provided financial assistance to patients facing medical hardships, distributed monthly food packages to widows and orphaned children, and traveled to remote villages to install hand pumps for families who had no access to clean drinking water. We also shared new dresses with young girls living in these underserved communities. None of this would have been possible without the generous support of kind-hearted overseas Pakistanis and donors who continue to trust us with their contributions.
