This 9 acre property was completely out of control and had been left untouched for years. What I found while clearing it… I wasn’t expecting. This 9 acre property was completely taken over. What was once a beautiful place enjoyed by families had been left abandoned for years, and it showed. Thick grass, overgrown trees, and vines had swallowed the property — even wrapping around the home and blocking out sunlight. From the main road, it had become an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. With talks about the future of the property and what might happen to it, I decided to step in and take it on — completely free. This wasn’t a small job. It took days of hard work using just a push mower and weed whacker to cut through dense overgrowth and start bringing the property back to life. As I worked, I started uncovering parts of the property that had been hidden for years… including a patio completely buried under grass and weeds. Little by little, the transformation started to happen. What once looked abandoned began to look like a place someone could call home again. While I was working, neighbors stopped by, and even a realtor and potential buyers showed interest in the property — something that didn’t seem possible before.
