How Jamil Mukulu was tracked and arrested.
The International Police (Interpol) in Uganda have explained how commander of the Allied Democratic Forces rebels Jamil Mukulu was arrested in Tanzania. Interpol Director in Uganda Asan Kasingye told NTV that Mukulu was tracked down through one of his accomplices who the Tanzanian police had arrested for forging a passport. Uganda has now applied to the Tanzanian government to deport the two suspects. The suspects are expected to be brought to Uganda to face murder charges.
