Julio Foolio Murder Suspects Denied Major Motions in Court

The long hearing of four Julio Foolio suspects—Rashad Murphy, Davion Murphy, Isaiah Chance, and Sean Gathright—ended with a judge denying several motions. The judge denied motions that included some Florida statutes, the death penalty, and victim impact evidence.
