Stanley Revelation - Luxury Villa Stay in Chikmagalur | My HONEST REVIEW 4K

Spread over 14000 sq.ft. this villa has 6 bedrooms, multiple living areas and the main deck with mesmerising views of Chikmagalur. It is located at an altitude of 4650 ft above sea level and is roughly a 40 minute drive away from Chikmagalur and also it is very close to Baba Budangiri peak. They have 6 rooms and each room is strictly meant for twin occupancy. Each room has a super king size bed, a fan, a room heater, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. We need to book a minimum of 2 rooms and also no extra beds are allowed. We booked 2 rooms and the property manager told that the other 4 rooms are currently non-functional. Hence, we didn't get an opportunity to choose the room we wanted. We felt this could be to ensure we do not use the other rooms. They also do not allow children under the age of 12 years. They don't have AC anywhere in the entire villa since they claim the villa will be cool throughout the year. But since I visited during summer, it was very hot and an AC would be nice to have. They advise us to keep the doors closed when we're not around to ensure animals do not enter inside. This makes the rooms very hot and suffocating at night. Even the pedestal fan they provide isn't very helpful. The tariff includes all 3 meals with vegetarian/non-vegetarian options. They also provide unlimited hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages at any point in time. They do not serve alcoholic beverages and we are allowed to bring our own. The jacuzzi and the home theatre were not operational which was a big disappointment. The property manager along with 3 other staff took very good care of us during our stay.
