GasVision-TD1 Live Test

GasVision-TD1 Multi-Gas Detection Demonstration This video demonstrates the GasVision-TD1, which supports the detection of methane (CH₄) and the visualization of multiple VOC gases. By combining Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) with TDLAS technology, the system enables operators to visualize gas leaks while providing real-time quantitative methane measurement during methane inspections. In this demonstration, butane is used as the test gas to evaluate the system's gas visualization performance. The results show that gas leaks can be clearly visualized from distances ranging from 20 m to 70 m, allowing operators to easily identify: Leak location Gas plume size and dispersion Gas flow direction and movement The demonstration illustrates how gas leaks can be rapidly located from a safe stand-off distance without direct contact with the source. For methane (CH₄) detection, GasVision-TD1 not only visualizes the methane plume but also simultaneously displays the real-time Methane Column Concentration (ppm·m). When methane is detected, the system automatically triggers an alarm, providing both visual confirmation and quantitative measurement to support faster leak verification and field decision-making.
