STATLER ACCUSES DEMPSEY OF CHEATING...

Statler and Dempsey are spending their first full day together at Dempsey's home. Statler is quickly realizing that living in a caravan on an English farm might not be for her... But as the couple get to know each other better, issues arise. Statler's past, her cheating and her suspicious nature are all major concerns. How ironic that Statler's the one asking Dempsey if she cheated in Thailand! Pot calling kettle black, anyone? 'Why would you think that of me?' asks Dempsey. And that's when we start to learn, maybe Statler isn't as ready for this relationship as she thinks she is. "I'm embarrassed I'm putting my past relationships onto you... I guess I'm not as healed as I thought I was". So, while Dempsey is sympathetic and tries to reassure Statler that it's okay, I get the impression that for this relationship to stand a real chance of working Statler's going to need to look inwards and resolve her own issues first, without projecting onto others. 👇 What are your thoughts?
