This collaboration was an impromptu idea, I just asked Kasia if she wanted to work on something with me, ‘cause I am a huge fan of her work (she is so talented and one of my many inspirations on here) and guess what? She agreed! The song was an obvious choice for us, since we both saw Lewis Capaldi live and heard this song and fell in love, it was meant for us to give it justice (hope we succeeded). We filled our parts pretty fast, actually - both of us got so inspired, which I love! The result turned out to be just amazing, I love how our parts flow together, how everything is just intertwined… It’s just perfection! Kasia, beloved - first of all, I want to thank you for agreeing to make this one with me. I’ve told you countless times, but I love what you create and you are a huge inspiration to me. You created a wonderful style-guide for us to use; I went all in to make the best parts possible to create this piece. I am proud of what we’ve achieved. Working with you is a dream.
