Long Sword: Manufacturer: Warrior Replicas The Crecy Medieval War Sword Blade – 35 1/2 inches of 1065/1095 carbon steel OAL –45 ½ inches Period – 14th century to 16th century History – Hand and a half knight’s sword14th to 16th centuries Back Sword: Manufacturer: Cold Steel, The English back Sword Blade – 32 inches of 1055 carbon steel OAL –38 ½ inches Guard – full-basket Period – 15th century to 18th century History – Similar to Scottish broad sword, but only single-edge blade.
