Hello everyone! I hope this video helps you. Here are some clarifications and reminders for this video. -The computations shown were just sample computation, again, your basic salary will depend on hours and days you will work and number of bookings you will get. -You can have hourly rate increase after reaching a specific number of teaching points or growth value that you can earn everytime you will complete a course and get good rating from your students. (You'll get to understand it more once you start working 🙂 ) -You have to have a minimum of 4 hours for a day to get the completion bonus. If you only have a total of 3 hours for a day, even you got fully booked and finished all those classes, you will not get the completion bonus. -For trial tutors, it will depend on the TM if you will be qualified for that. You can be a trial tutor as soon as you prove yourself and/or your TM sees potential in you. -For trial tutors again, since your classes will be reserved for trial classes and let's say you are not getting any trial class bookings, you can ask your TM to help you and to open your classes for regular students instead. -If you will be able to get all the bonuses mentioned in the video, you can really earn a lot from working as an online English teacher but it will take a lot of time, hardwork, effort, patience and all the positvity in life hahaha Fighting Teachers! -Lastly, though there are bonuses that will help you earn more, keep in mind that there are also deductions that may affect your salary.
