Century III Mall Demolition - Final Structural Sections Now Coming Down

Work continues to move forward at the Century III Mall demolition project as our crews focus on removing the remaining three-story section of the structure. This phase of the project brings in one of the largest machines on site - our Volvo ultra high-reach excavator, capable of reaching over 100 feet - allowing us to safely and efficiently bring down the final vertical sections of the mall. While the structural demolition is the most visible part of the process, a large portion of our work right now is focused on processing material on site. Our team is using rock crushers and other equipment to break down and recycle concrete and other materials, helping keep the project moving efficiently while reducing what needs to be hauled off site. There is still work ahead, but as this final section is cleared, the project is moving into its closing stages and the site continues to take on a new shape.
