After replacing 3 alternators. Customer said it doesn’t charge !!!!!

So after I fixed this I asked, if the battery ever died? And remember he just asked about low voltage repair. And he said, it did die but the mom that was there also and brought up that he would leave his lights on at times. As for the initial issue with the first alternator. That I will not know what happened. In this video, I just wanted to explain that the voltage was low but it is normal. It’s not how older cars were back in the day that if anything read under 14 volts you had a bad battery.
