Lakeland Deputies Shoot Man Accused of Attacking Elderly Neighbor With a Brick
Video from Polk County Sheriff's Office press conference Polk County deputies shot and killed 41-year-old Kentae Govan after he allegedly attacked an elderly man with a brick and charged at officers near Saturn Street in Lakeland. Authorities say Govan also assaulted a second victim as she tried to call 911. Detectives report that the suspect had been acting erratically in the days leading up to the incident.
