A big hurdle for intermediate players is the ability to stay focused when switching from lead to rhythm - Especially in a "jamming" situation , where players are trading licks back and forth . This video addresses the issue with a tutorial that outlines how to play a two bar lick , followed by two bars of rhythm in a cycle .
