Irish Soda Bread (Made with Sourdough Discard) ☘️☘️☘️☘️

Based on my favorite Irish Soda Bread recipe, this one uses some sourdough discard in place of some of the flour and buttermilk. Like the original soda bread recipe, this one takes about 5 minutes to mix up, and the finished bread will be ready one hour later. Irish Soda Bread does not taste like yeasted bread or sourdough but rather more like a biscuit or a scone, but for the speed and effort, it's pretty darn good. I find it to be such a treat slathered with butter and orange marmalade.
